Updates coming to my.Clemson and iTunes Connect Holiday Info

Happy Holidays from the Clemson Mobile team! We have a few news items related to my.Clemson and other mobile apps published by our team:

  • The next release of my.Clemson will no longer support iOS 8 due to Apple no longer signing new versions of this OS for installation and the low number of users with this version installed.
  • The "Add to Contacts" feature in the directory of my.Clemson has been removed in iOS 10 due to a critical bug. We are working to resolve this issue in the next update. Other features of the directory remain functional.
  • From Friday, December 23, through Tuesday, December 27, 2016, iTunes Connect, Application Loader, and iTunes Connect for iOS will be unavailable. Due to the Clemson University Holiday Schedule, no submissions will be accepted for publishing from Friday, December 16, through Monday, January 2, 2017. During this time, you will not be able to submit new apps, app updates, or In-App Purchases. Other iTunes Connect and developer account functionality will remain available. You can schedule an app release or price changes to take place between December 23 and December 27. Just make sure that your changes are scheduled, submitted, and approved by Friday, December 16, to ensure your app remains available during this busy period. Users who are currently testing or invited to test your prerelease apps with TestFlight Beta Testing will not be affected.

Have an enjoyable and safe Holiday! We hope to see you in the spring!
